Application Scenarios The multi-lane packaging machine is widely used for high-speed automatic small-bag packaging in food, pharmaceutical, health care, daily chemical, agrochemical and condiment industries. It is especially suitable for mass production of single-dose independent small bags, strip bags, three-side sealed bags and back-sealed bags.
Adopting a multi-channel synchronous operation structure, the machine can realize 2-12 or more lanes for bag making, filling, sealing, cutting and counting output simultaneously, controlled by a servo system for stable and reliable operation.
It supports automatic metering and filling of various materials (powder, granules, liquid, paste, tablets, capsules), integrates vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, easy tear, corner cutting and coding functions, and is equipped with intelligent touch screen control for quick parameter switching and fault alarm.
